My journey in IT industry began when I completed my studies in Information and Communication Sciences, gaining some knowledge about e-publishing.

I started working as a project manager in a company—a role that was somewhat different from what project management looks like in most IT companies today.

Back then, a project manager was responsible for selling solutions, identifying areas for improvement, understanding new client needs, creating solutions, designing interfaces, coordinating solution specifications with clients, preparing tasks for developers, managing budgets, and ensuring the functionality met the specifications.

This diverse range of responsibilities naturally led me to define my role more clearly, and today, I position myself as a usability analyst and a business and solution requirements analyst. I chose to focus more on the analytical side because in my opinion it offers greater opportunities for growth.
